It is nice to see you back! Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled massage. Remember to bring your disposable mask (preferred and easier to breathe through while lying face down). Also bring a light blanket for your comfort.

Practicing since 2005, Jennifer brings to the table an intuitive and confident touch, integrating the fundamentals of fascial release, trigger point release, relaxation and breath work. Her extensive background in anatomy began with the practice of yoga, leading to a certification in instruction (2001), and a continuous and ever changing practice on and off the mat.

Massage and yoga are only two strong limbs of Jennifer’s rooted tree of life. Her supportive husband and three children keep her hopping from hockey arenas to swimming to Girl Guides, cottaging and socializing with family and friends.
